1. Return and Exchange Requirements
   Items must be in their original packaging, with tags intact and unused.
   Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
   Returns and exchanges are not eligible for the following:
   Product defects due to human error or misuse
   Products that have exceeded the return and exchange deadline
2. Returnable Items
   Fishing hooks, rods, lures, and fishing boxes are all returnable and exchangeable, provided they meet the return and exchange requirements.
   A full refund or exchange will be offered for product quality defects, incorrect shipment, or shipping damage.
3. Return and Exchange Process
   Contact customer service with your order number and a description of the product issue.
   After customer service confirms the issue, they will provide a return address and instructions.
   Send the product back as instructed and retain the shipping receipt.
   Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process the refund or ship the product within 3-5 business days.
4. Shipping Information
   We will cover the return shipping costs for any product quality issues, incorrect shipment, or shipping damage.
   Shipping costs for returns or exchanges for other reasons are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refund Methods
   Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
   Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment platform; generally, it takes 3-7 business days to be credited.
